Distinction Gallery
Concussion Curated by Brady Willmott
Hosted by Distinction Gallery, David Van Gough will be showcasing his piece “Rebirth” for a curated show by artist Brady Wilmott. The artwork on show ranges from the off beat and unsettling to the sweet and surreal, though all are a showcase of skill, sophistication and artistic tenacity. Join us Saturday August 9 from 6 p.m. – 10 p.m. for the opening reception of “Concussion”. Each artist brings their own unique sensibility to the pieces on show. There will be live music and drinks available for purchase by Last Spot.

Hyaena Horror Market

David along with his partner Jasmine Becket-Griffith,shall be attending this afternoon pop-up vendor marketplace selling original art, prints and merchandise . With space for over 20 vendors plus a few special guests (TBA), The event will be taking place at the historic Mayflower Club in North Hollywood, CA (with AC, bathrooms, and a full bar!). Admission will be free to the public. There is a parking lot on site, as well as street parking
Hidden Gems from the Studio II at Corey Helford Gallery

“Hidden Gems from the Studio” is a showcase of Corey Helford Gallery’s top artists, each of whom have selected a favourite piece to hang during this event.
Jasmine & David will be displaying their original acrylic painting “Call of Charon” from Death & the Maiden, and both of them will be in attendance for the opening event Saturday, August 30 from 7-10pm.
Please note that yes, this is the same day as Jasmine & David’s event at the Hyaena Horror Market in North Hollywood’s Mayfair Club. Both are free events featuring a lot of great art and cool people! So – if you are in the Los Angeles area, drop in and visit us in the afternoon at Hyaena Horror Market and the party will continue downtown at the Corey Helford Gallery. Both Jasmine & David are happy to autograph anything you either buy at the show or bring from home! Stop by and say hi!

Death & the Maiden – Corey Helford Gallery | Room three
Jasmine Becket-Griffith and David Van Gough showcase a stunning array of all new paintings from their Death & the Maiden collaborative universe. Jasmine and David will both be in attendance for the opening night, all are welcome to join them!
The new Death & the Maiden Oracle Deck will have been released and will be available on hand for both artists to autograph, and the Gallery will be hosting LIVE tarot readings. It should be a great party and a fun night out! It is a free event, no tickets necessary, we would love to see you!
Enamel Pin Collector’s – a special Event Exclusive pin will be available free to attendees (and collectors making original purchases will receive one for either in-person or telephone/internet purchases).

Death and the Maiden-Maiden Voyage and Gallery Pop up

Starting Saturday, December 7th, Jasmine Becket-Griffith and David Van Gough will have a popup showcase of their artworks (collaborative and solo) at the Dark Art Emporium in Long Beach, CA for the entire month of December.
They will both be in person on Saturday the 7th from 5-9pm PST doing signings of anything you purchase or bring that evening.
This event will also be the debut of the first issue of the Death & the Maiden graphic novel. They will both have lots of great art and merchandise available to purchase during the popup throughout December. This is a great time to get your holiday shopping done!
