The drawing will be carefully wrapped with necessary padded materials for domestic or international shipping.

Orders generally ship within 5 business days. However, we will not ship your order until your payment has cleared. If your payment is for some reason put on hold due to banking institution restrictions (e.g. transactions over a certain amount are sometimes put on a hold), davidgoughart.com will notify you of your revised shipping date.
International shipping times can vary depending on your country’s Border Customs practices.

Returns & Refunds

We accept returns within 30 days if the product you received does not match the product on your order receipt or is in some way damaged in transit. You are responsible for shipping costs for returns, however your replacement item will be shipped at no extra charge. We cannot offer replacements unless the original item is returned. We also cannot offer replacements for Limited Edition Hand-Embellished Canvas Prints or Originals, as they are one-of-a-kind.

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).
You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
